Throughout her career, she has worked on a variety of iconic projects, including the Faena Hotel in Miami, Sunset Tower in Hollywood, L'Ermitage Beverly Hills, and Raleigh Miami Beach. Her impressive portfolio also includes work with celebrity designers and clients, making her a trusted partner for high-profile projects. Her sense of urgency, personalized approach, and professionalism have earned her a reputation as a go-to procurement specialist for discerning clients.

Sin Chong, Director

Sin Chong brings nearly two decades of procurement expertise to her role as Director at Pineapple Procurement. With a rich background that includes 13 years at Wynn Design & Development overseeing significant projects like Encore Boston Harbor in Boston and Wynn Palace in Macau, Sin has proven her leadership globally. She also served as Director of Strategic Sourcing at Sands in Las Vegas and ran her own company specializing in high-end residential procurement. At Pineapple, Sin focuses on ensuring the highest standards in budget management, schedule adherence, and quality, driving our projects forward with precision and strategic insight. We are excited to have her expertise guiding our team.

Bre Vizzini, Strategic Partnerships Manager

For over five years, Bre has played integral roles on innovative hospitality projects, including the nature-inspired Evo Hotel catering to outdoor enthusiasts and the LOGE Camp Hotels designed for adventurers seeking immersive outdoor experiences. In her role as FF&E Senior Procurement Manager, she spearheaded the development of highly efficient procurement processes, resulting in the optimization of project workflows and the establishment of a cohesive and effective procurement team. Her innovative approach to procurement processes and collaborative mindset makes her a valuable asset to our team and our clients, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Amy Canonico, Accounting Manager

Amy brings over a decade of accounting expertise to Pineapple Procurement as our Accounting Manager. With a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida, Amy has honed her skills in financial management and accounts reconciliation. Her extensive experience includes roles where she oversaw the full accounting cycle and ensured compliance with GAAP principles. Amy's proficiency in accounting software, coupled with her attention to detail and commitment to efficiency, make her an invaluable addition to our team. She is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity while fostering a collaborative and supportive team approach. Darcie Vance, Senior Project Manager

Darcie brings over 20 years in the industry and nearly 14 years dedicated to purchasing FF&E. Her recent crowning achievement is the $32,000,000 Evermore Resort project in Orlando, where she led procurement efforts for 206 flats, 69 homes, and the resort's restaurant and lagoon areas. Darcie's extensive portfolio includes significant contributions to notable properties such as the Gold Key Award-winning Bellyard Hotel in Atlanta, the Kimpton Harper Hotel in Ft. Worth, and luxury destinations like Rosewood Little Dix Bay and the historic Haddon Hall Hotel. Her expertise has also been instrumental in the success of projects at Hotel Monteleone, Hawks Cay Resort, and Disney’s California Grill, among others.

Maxwell Flach, Project Administrator

Maxwell brings seven years of focused experience in FF&E procurement to our team. Maxwell has been instrumental in organizing and managing detailed project information across a variety of sectors, including multi-family apartments, boutique hotels, and senior living facilities. His portfolio boasts significant projects such as the AC Seattle, Amaterra Winery, and the innovative CitizenM in Menlo Park. Known for his exceptional problem-solving skills, Maxwell excels at tracking critical details that ensure project success. His ability to handle large volumes of information and maintain meticulous records supports our project teams in delivering seamless and efficient outcomes.

Sarah Birkenstock, Project Administrator

Sarah Birkenstock steps into the role of Project Administrator at Pineapple Procurement with a robust seven-year background in project management on the vendor side. In her previous positions, Sarah has been instrumental in supporting over 100 projects, where her sharp eye for detail and adept problem-solving skills ensured seamless operations behind the scenes.
