    Educational Foundation: A bachelor's degree is a must.

    Industry Expertise: 5+ years of hospitality industry experience.

Our remote-based company is a leader in helping sophisticated clients bring their vision to life through our white-glove procurement service.     Position Overview:

    Pineapple Procurement is seeking a positive, passionate, and experienced Integrator who thrives on helping small businesses scale and reach their full potential by enhancing their operational efficiencies. In this role, the Integrator will provide the focus, set the cadence, and maintain momentum for a talented and experienced team. The Integrator will communicate the company vision, provide consistency, and organizational clarity. They will also facilitate consistency in quality of work product. This strategic role is ideal for someone with a background in business consultancy or financial management, such as a former chief of staff or controller keen on progressing to a CFO level. The Integrator will manage daily operations, freeing the Founder + Principal (the Visionary) to focus on visionary goals. The Integrator is the filter for all of the Visionary’s ideas. They harmoniously integrate the Leadership Team and they help to remove obstacles and barriers. This role demands a hands-on leader to make a substantial impact. At Pineapple, the Integrator embodies the spirit of radical candor, is adept at implementing processes to be followed by all, and can effectively manage our team and financial operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    The responsibilities of the Integrator include but are not limited to:

    • Acts as strategic buffer between the leadership team and Visionary

    • Acts as a filter and sounding board for the Visionary’s ideas

    • Recognizes and translates the unique contributions and ideas of the Visionary into functional plans for execution by the company

    • Will operationalize the strategic vision and translate Visionary ideas into actionable plans

    • Harmoniously integrates the leadership team, providing guidance, support, focus and effective management to ensure cohesive collaboration and achievement of organizational goals

    • Guides and facilitates L10 meetings to enhance team collaboration, remove obstacles and barriers, and maintain the focus on achieving operational goals

    • Owns the accountability chart, supervising metrics and ensuring that the leadership team is held accountable for meeting established goals

    • Provides support to business development, project management, and accounting team members, fostering collaborative efforts to enhance overall organizational effectiveness

    • Ensures effective cascade communication to the team, closes communication loops to ensure clarity and alignment within the team

    • Enhance operational efficiency by refining processes for optimal performance

    • Responsible for the overall Profit and Loss (P&L) management. Collaborates closely with the Visionary to oversee financial management and facilitate strategic fiscal decision-making

    • Owns resource management and evaluates individual and project performance for profitability and opportunities for improvement by actively engaging with analytics to identify patterns allowing decisive action

    • Oversee daily business operations and ensure alignment with long-term objectives.

    • Proactively identifies and eliminates barriers and obstacles hindering team members’ progress

    • Defines KPI’s for company and individual scorecard reporting for effective performance evaluation

    • Guides strategic initiatives to foster revenue growth and facilitate scalability

    • Lead, manage, and facilitate HR functions in collaboration with leadership. Develop a plan to facilitate training, ensuring the right people are designated for the right type of training.

    • Ensure adherence to the company’s core processes and operational systems consistently

    • Identify issues and implement solutions

    • Demonstrate effective project management skills

    • Optimize resource utilization to ensure project and operational efficiency.

    • Ensure that EOS processes and tools are being consistently applied across all departments and teams

    • Develop strong functional leaders and a viable succession plan, focusing on RPRS

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of executive leadership experience managing multiple departments or business functions

    • Direct experience scaling a company

    • Experience with P&L ownership

    Preferred:

    • Proven experience as an EOS Integrator or similar role

    • Familiarity with the EOS framework and the Visionary/Integrator dynamic.

    • A hands-on approach to tasks with a focus on details and execution without reliance on delegation.

    • Experience with Microsoft Flow, Zapier, or similar automation tools

    • Experience with Airtable and/or soft coding

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred)

    • Based in PST, MST, CST time zone.
